The delivery time for returning your coached video begins from the time of payment. Within that scheduled delivery time, we will send you a LINK where you can download your evaluated video. Our detailed comments and suggestions will be embedded directly into the video.

Refund Policy

The process of vetting your video takes time, and the vetted video is a product that cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on coaching fees. However, if you are not satisfied with your vetted video, please inform us of your issues and we will do our best to resolve the matter to everyone’s satisfaction.
