Pre-Payment Policy for Coaching Fees
There is quite a lot of work that goes into vetting our clients’ videos. Once a client receives their vetted video, it cannot be returned. We therefore request pre-payment for our coaching fees in the same way that a training company requests pre-payment for a training seminar.
If you are a new client who is unfamiliar with our services, we invite you to send us a short video – perhaps only of your presentation opening. This minimizes your risk and allows you to assess our services before committing to additional video-review coaching.
Return & Refund Policy
Downloaded Digital Materials
If you have downloaded our Guide, Accelerator Kit or Combined Package, you have our materials in digital format. We do not, therefore, offer returns or refunds on these downloads.
Video-Review Coaching
If you have paid for coaching and received your vetted video, you have a product that cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on coaching fees. However, if you are not satisfied with your vetted video, please inform us of your issues and we will do our best to resolve the matter to everyone’s satisfaction.

If you have paid for coaching and received your vetted video, you own the video. You can reproduce and share it with others. In fact, we would be flattered!
