6. Enter your Video ID & Review Options for Segmentation

NOTE: The Video ID format is Full Name + Last 4 digits of you phone number + Today’s date. If you completed the first part of our form at an earlier date, you will already have a Video ID . If you can’t remember the date of your Video ID, then enter a new ID with today’s date.
Options for Segmentation
You can save money by dividing your video into Segments and have us review only those segments.
If your video is 10 minutes or less…
You can divide your video into TWO segments.
If your video runs more than 10 minutes…
You can divide your video into THREE segments.
If you wish to segment your video, take a few minutes to decide which segments you want reviewed. We suggest you write the segments down on a piece of paper, using the minute:second format (e.g. 0:43 – 2:34 or 3:25 – 4:20)
We strongly suggest that in all cases your segments include the following parts of your presentation:
- 1. Your full Opening
- 2. The Main Body of your presentation (in part or in whole)
- 3. Your full Close
- 4. Your Q&A in part or in whole (if you have one)
If you want us to review your FULL VIDEO without any segmentation:
Write down the full video length on a piece of paper (e.g. 0:0 – 4:51). In Step 7 below, you can enter these times into the “First Video Segment” fields in the calculator.
7. Calculate your Video Time and Coaching Fee
If you designated segments in your video: you will have the opportunity to enter the times of your various video segments into the calculator below and then calculate your Total Time and Total Fee.
If you want us to review your full video: you can enter the start time (usually 0:0) and the end time of your video into the “First Video Segment” fields in the calculator below and calculate your Total Time and Total Fee.

Note that you have NO obligation to accept our coaching until you decide to PAY OUR PREPAYMENT INVOICE. We will send you this invoice a few hours after receiving your submission (please check your Spam/Junk folder).
Once the prepayment invoice is paid, WE WILL REVIEW YOUR VIDEO. The start time for delivery of your video begins when we receive your payment.
After our review and critique of your presentation, WE WILL SEND YOU A LINK where you can download your evaluated video. Our detailed comments and suggestions will be embedded directly into the video.
