We offer two ESL services for youth who seek an early professional advantage in today’s competitive world:
1. Group Workshop for Self-Promotional Video Presentations
This is a group-based workshop that helps youth to present themselves through a self-promotional video. This “Personal Branding” video can then be linked to the youth’s social media sites, as well as to university and job applications. To create this video, the youth need to have a career direction in mind. Therefore, the first two parts of this workshop help the youth to determine a career path accelerated by a vision and practical goal setting.
Part 1: Discover Your Strengths
Discover your unique interests & strengths.
Research suitable careers.
Complete a career quiz.
Choose one possible career direction for this workshop.
We can also refer you to Western career experts who can be hired to help you further research your career interests, especially if you plan on studying or seeking work in a Western country.
Part 2: Release Your Dreams with Vision
Craft a Vision Board for your desired future.
Create medium-term and short-term Career Visions.
Determine practical Goals and Steps for your visions.
Commit to immediate Action Steps toward your goals.
We understand that your career visions and goals can change over time. You can re-use our process to make any future changes.
Part 3: Create a “Personal Brand” Video
Craft a Western style statement about your career goals.
Identify key values, life interests and achievements.
Record a face-to-camera branding video on your phone.
Link your video to existing social media channels.
Your personal branding videos can also be linked to business cards and are a useful promotional tool for university or work applications. We have also partnered with video experts who can add photos, video clips and music to your videos.
* This workshop is ideal for smaller groups of 8-14 youth between the ages of 15-25 with a sufficient level of conversational English. It does not include any additional fees charged by our experts in Career Guidance or Video Editing should you choose to hire them for their professional services.
2. Individual Presentation Coaching for Youth
This individual coaching service is for Youth who speak English as a second language and who may have difficulty delivering an English presentation with credibility and power. Our ESL Presentation Coaching will help them deliver their English presentations clearly and effectively – both onstage and on camera. Over time, as they deliver more presentations, their English will naturally improve and they will soon be presenting with maximum impact.

Participant Qualifications
All of our programs are available for youth between the ages of 15 and 24.
The youth must have sufficient English conversational skills to deliver presentations in English.
